his artifact is an evaluation plan developed for the ECI 716 cours.The plan focuses on evaluating a professional development (PD) course for in-service English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers to improve their educational technology competence.
The evaluation plan includes both formative and summative evaluation components. The formative evaluation focuses on the instructional process and outcomes during the course, using discussion forums, pre-surveys, and mid-course surveys. The summative evaluation examines the overall effectiveness of the course, including teachers' reflections and perspectives on the course design and delivery.
This artifact demonstrates my ability to design a comprehensive evaluation plan for an instructional design project. It showcases my skills in developing evaluation instruments, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and reporting findings. The evaluation plan aligns with the goals of ensuring the quality and effectiveness of instructional design and improving educational technology competence among teachers.
