This artifact is a mini-ID project developed for the ECI 516 course (Design and Evaluation of Instructional Materials) in collaboration with Marie Unger. The project focuses on providing better customer software training through scenario-based problem-solving.  The project was created as part of the ECI 516 course, under the instruction of Dr. Deniz Eseryel. The submission date was November 10, 2020.

The project includes a context analysis, statement of the problem, content analysis, design blueprint, proposed instructional design project, target audience, and evaluation strategy. It aims to improve training for the Sensus Analytics software  This artifact demonstrates my ability to design effective instructional materials for software training. It showcases my skills in content analysis, instructional design, and evaluation. The project aligns with the goals of improving customer training and support, enhancing user experience, and reducing support ticket volume.
